1 BIG STAGE - CHECKOUT & DEPARTURE POLICIES
STUDIO CHECKOUT POLICIES:
NOTE: The last thing we want is you to have to encounter overages or L&D, but in order for us to properly run, maintain, and turn over the studio from client to client day in and day out AND offer such competitive pricing, we warmly ask you to do your part in helping keep our studio clean, presentable, and as functional as the space was rented to you in. This alone greatly helps us keep our rates as low as possible and our staff morale up.
BELOW IS A HELPFUL CHECKLIST OF TERMS FOR CHECKOUT:
Upon wrap of shoot day, responsible booking party of CLIENT shall be responsible for leaving the studio as received, which should include:
1.) All trash be bagged within trash cans during shoot, and disposed of in dumpster or hauled away after the production wrap of rental period's last day.
2.) All tape, (camera, gaffer, paper, duct, whatever) be removed from studio floors, walls, or surfaces.
3.) All paint or staining liquid on concrete floors during production period (either intentional or accidental) be cleaned / stripped prior to departure.
4.) Any space occupied by crew members during production period be left BROOM CLEAN with all floor debris properly disposed of in trash dumpster.
5.) Any holes or damage caused to walls or other studio surfaces or facility due to picture frames, mounting equipment, set dressing, or any other production related reason must be repaired prior to departure AND touched up with PAINT as long as studio can provide touchup paint at that moment. If no touchup paint is available, all holes must be patched and will take responsibility for repainting at a later time.
6.) ALL art department set pieces must be broken down PRIOR to disposing of in dumpster and shall not exceed the acceptable load level of WASTE MANAGEMENT (our studio rubbish disposal vendor). Specifically, all rubbish should fit within the dumpster and not exceed more than 1' higher than top of dumpster.
7.) AN AUTHORIZED STUDIO REPRESENTATIVE IS NOTIFIED PRIOR TO CLIENT'S FINAL DEPARTURE AND HAS APPROVED THE TERMS OF THIS CHECKOUT POLICY HAVE BEEN FUFILLED.
8.) ANY PREMATURE DEPARTURE OF CLIENT WITHOUT NOTIFYING / WALKING THROUGH CHECK OUT CONDITION OF STUDIO WITH AUTHORIZED STUDIO REPRESENTATIVE ON DUTY IS SUBJECT TO CLEANING & RESTORATION FEES OF $250 OR HIGHER FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE LEFT TO FACILITY.
